If you are a new client please plan on arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow you time to find my location. Prior to your arrival please click “Forms” at the top of the page and fill out the appropriate form and bring it with you.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or may need to be rescheduled if you’re more than 15 minutes late. Please do not request a price adjustment for a reduced service for a late arrival. This time has been set aside for you. If you are running late please communicate with me as soon as possible by text.
Your time is very valuable and I respect that. In turn I expect the same.

There will be a $75 charge for late cancellations or no show appointments
I send one email reminder 2-3 days prior to your appointment and a text reminder.
Methods of Payments:
I accept MC, Visa, Discover and American Express and cash.
Packages are valid for one year of the date of purchase. Packages are non-transferable and non refundable. No exceptions. Packages offer you a discount but the main purpose of a package is to have a skin care plan that will help you reach your skin care goals in reasonable time frame. If you don’t come in often enough you won’t see the results that you would if you came in every two weeks or monthly.
GC’s may be purchased online from our website through the Gift Card Cafe or purchased in person. GC’s are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. Gift certificates must be presented at check in. Please mention that you have a GC when scheduling your appointment.
Credit or exchanges for products may be honored within 14 days of purchase. No refunds on services, packages or gift certificates.
Children or Pets:
We believe a quiet and peaceful atmosphere is key to an enjoyable experience; for the consideration of everyone, please plan on arranging a sitter or you will be ask to reschedule. If you do not follow the children/Pet policy the cancelation policy will apply. Service dogs are permitted.

Online booking is the only method to book your appointment. Our clients find this is most convenient, if you have any questions about our services please don't hesitate to call us. In order to use Online booking a credit card will be required. Online booking is available 24/7 through your mobile device or computer.
