A Series of 3 or more are recommended for optimal results.
Peels are repeated every 3-4 weeks until desired results are achieved. Each peel increases in intensity from a Level 1 to Level 3.
Face It Beautiful Skin Care offers the newest hybrid peels on the market today. Hybrid peels are highly effective in reducing the appearance of acne scars, hyperpigmentation left from acne, melasma, sun damage, wrinkles and rosacea. Hybrid peels are effective in treating more than one skin issue like acne scars and wrinkles as a combination of acids and layers of peel are applied to address each issue.
Our skin peels are used for resurfacing and restoring skin creating a smooth, healthy appearance.
Why do I need to pretreat my skin?
If you are a new client to Face It Beautiful, a consultation or Deep Pore Cleansing Facial is required before you schedule your peel. A patch test will be performed and the appropriate pre-treatment products will be selected for skin type and condition. Pretreating the skin with home care products is required for 2-4 weeks to achieve the best result and prepare your skin.
What can I expect?
These peels can feel a little tingly at first but the feeling subsided quickly. Your skin may feel warm during your treatment but will quickly subside and your skin can appear pinkish. This may last up to 24 hours. Makeup should not be applied until the next day. Flaking and peeling can occur for up to two weeks post peel.
How do I treat my skin after my peel?
You will be given post peel instructions but generally no exercise, hot baths or hot tubs for 2 days after your peel.

Body peels can help reduce sun damage, light scars,wrinkles and help to brighten the skin. Areas that can be treated are the neck,arms, legs, back, chest, hands and feet.
This peel treatment provides nourishing ingredients that soften and hydrate the skin’s surface, while a combination of acids such as mandelic, glycolic and lactic join together to affect dramatic changes in the skin’s appearance and texture. Peels are repeated every 3- 4 weeks until desired results are achieved.

Face It Beautiful! Skin Care uses Cirepil Blue Stripless Hard wax. This wax is very gentle, even for sensitive skin.
To ensure a sanitary wax removal, we never use the same waxing stick twice. If you are using any topical cream products like antiobiotics, Retin A, Differen, Tazorac please let us know. Topical medications can cause increased sensitivity.
